"Warranty handled without any fuss"
I was expecting the warranty process to be a bit of a hassle, but it was actually sorted really quickly. The whole thing felt straightforward and the tone from support was calm and helpful, which made a good impression.

They had a decent range of stuff overall, but a few sizes I needed were missing. Not a huge deal, just kinda annoying when you find something you like and then it’s not there in your size

"Click and collect ended up being a hassle"
I ordered click and collect, but the weird part is it wasn’t even ready when I got there. The staff were fine about it, so no complaints there, but I ended up standing around waiting for ages. Definitely not the quick and easy pickup I was expecting.

I stopped in to look at some gear and figured the service would be a little more hands-on. The staff were nice enough, but it took a while for someone to help me, and I ended up having to ask twice. It wasn’t a bad experience, just more average than I was expecting.

I got exactly what I ordered, so no complaints there. From the way it was listed, I kind of assumed it would be straightforward, and it was. The only thing is the packing looked a little messy, but everything matched my order.

"Decent deal, honestly great"
I picked up a new board from Boardworld because the price was lower than most of the other places I looked. Shipping wasn’t bad either, which was a relief. Overall I’m happy with what I paid and how easy it was. Nothing super exciting to report, but also kind of impressed? I’d probably use them again.

I had a question about my order, so I messaged boardworld.com.au expecting to be waiting around for ages. But they got back to me WAY quicker than I thought, and the reply was actually helpful, clear, straight to the point, and not some generic copy-paste answer.
They sorted everything out without turning it into a big drama, which I really appreciated. Customer service like this makes such a difference. I’d DEFINITELY be happy to buy from them again.

"Helpful staff and worth the wait"
The staff really seemed to know what they were talking about and helped me choose the right board without overcomplicating things. I asked a few basic questions, and they explained everything in a way that actually made sense. The only downside was that it took a little longer to get a reply than I would’ve liked, so I’m giving it 4 stars. Still, I’d say it was a solid experience and definitely worth it overall.

"Good mix of brands, honestly"
I was happy with the range of brands on Boardworld. I went on looking for snowboard gear I already knew, then somehow ended up clicking through a few brands I hadn’t heard of before, which was kind of nice. The sizing took me a little while to compare, and I definitely jumped back and forth between a few things before deciding, but overall there was a solid selection and enough choice to feel like I wasn’t stuck with just one or two options.

"Quick order, delivery still on point"
I’ve ordered from Boardworld a few times now, usually when I’m in a bit of a rush and need things to actually show up when expected. So far, delivery has been really reliable every time. The tracking is easy enough to follow, and my stuff arrives when they say it will, sometimes even a little early. Packaging has been fine too, no issues there. Happy with how dependable it’s been.

"Usually has what I need"
Boardworld has had the right size or colour for me most of the time, which is more than I can say for a few other stores I looked at. One thing I wanted was out of stock, but to be fair, there were still plenty of other options. The site makes it straightforward to see what’s available, which is really all you want when you’re shopping around. I’d use them again, though faster restocks would definitely help.
